  • Medical Plans

  • Retirement Wealth Builder Plan

Wealth Builder is a PwC-funded retirement plan. In certain situations, a company’s contributions to this plan are dependent on the employee’s salary and years of service. A new hire incentive equivalent to 1% of qualifying remuneration is also available to those who join the company. The company’s Wealth Builder contributions may be vested in by employees over a five-year period on a graduated timetable.

  • Holidays

There are 14 paid vacation days at the company, which include national holidays, extended company holidays, and floating vacation days. Depending on when they are employed, new employees will get a different amount of floating holidays.

  • Personal & Family Sick time
