Accessing OWA (Outlook Web App) with your CAC through your personal PC can be tricky. Sometimes, it can annoy you as you will probably fail your way to access this website. To deal with such difficulty, there are several preliminary tricks you should do to access OWA without any hassle.

As the last resort, you can download Cross Cert removal tool and run the tool as an administrator. However, in case you are using government PC – then you can ask the IT staff for help, or to give permission to run the tool as an administrator.
